Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult men who understand the content of the study. (2) Persons who have given their free written consent to participate in the study after obtaining sufficient informed consent. (3) Persons who are in good health (no physical or mental illness or disability that would interfere with their daily life).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current treatment for diabetes mellitus or HbA1c >6.5% without treatment, because elevated blood glucose levels may affect cellular uptake of 18F-FDG and reduce the accuracy of quantitative PET assessment. 2. History of allergic reaction to 18F-FDG during previous PET examinations. 3. Contraindications to the devices used in this study. 4. Any condition judged by the principal investigator or investigators to make the participant unsuitable for the study.
