Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy Japanese men and women between the ages of 20 and 65 2. who have given their consent to this research by signing a consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or who may be pregnant 2. Breastfeeding women 3. Current smokers, or individuals who habitually consume an average of 20 g or more of pure alcohol per day 4. Individuals with a history of major gastrointestinal surgery, such as resection or anastomosis of the gastrointestinal tract (excluding appendectomy) 5. Individuals with a history of anaphylaxis or with food allergies, including allergies to shellfish 6. Individuals who are currently participating in another clinical trial or who have participated in another trial within 4 weeks prior to this study 7. Individuals with psychiatric disorders 8. Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator or sub-investigator
