Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy undergraduate and graduate students Aged 20-39 years Right handed Male Able to communicate fluently in Japanese Willing to participate, with sufficient understanding of the study contents, and able to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have a conflict of interest with the principal investigator or research collaborators (e.g., supervised graduate students, students currently enrolled in their classes) Current illness requiring medication Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus History of psychiatric or neurological disorders Presence of dermatological disorders History of neurosurgical procedures Current use of oral steroids Severe hepatic disease Severe infectious disease Perioperative status (before or after surgery) Severe trauma Dehydration Excessive alcohol consumption Malnutrition Starvation state General debilitation Pituitary insufficiency Adrenal insufficiency History of small intestine resection Presence of atrial fibrillation Body mass index (BMI) more than 25 Fasting blood glucose level more than 110 mg/dL
