Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older undergoing spinal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychiatric disorders, those receiving sedative medications, individuals who did not provide informed consent, patients with known allergies to the study drugs, and those not undergoing total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA)
