Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy subjects 2) Young adults (18 to 29 years of age) and middle-aged and older adults (50 years of age or older) (3) Individuals who have given their free and voluntary written consent to participate in the study after obtaining sufficient informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant, lactating, or possibly pregnant (2) Those taking medicines or supplements containing nicotine, nicotinic acid, or NMN. (3) Those with a history of hypersensitivity to medicines containing nicotine, nicotinic acid, or NMN, or to various foods containing nicotine, nicotinic acid, or NMN supplements. (4) Those who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the Principal Investigator for other reasons.
