Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: head and neck tumor Surgery case under general anesthesia 20 years of age or older Performance Status (ECOG) is 0 or 1 After obtaining informed consent for participation in the clinical research, the patient's voluntary written consent has been obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of allergy to acetaminophen in the past Patients with aspirin asthma Patients with liver dysfunction and thrombocytopenia Patients who indicated their intention to refuse to participate before regular administration of Acerio Patients who are judged to be unsuitable as subjects by the judgment of a doctor
