Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Currently employed as a full-time nurse in the Central Operating Room Department at Nagoya City University Hospital at the time of consent. 2. Has less than a total of three years of operating room experience, including experience at other facilities. 3. Provided written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses judged by the researchers to be ineligible for this study.
