Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 70. 2. Patients who have chronic pain that has persisted for at least three months. 3. Patients who have given their consent to participate in this study by signing a consent form. 4. Patients who have obtained permission from their primary doctor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe suicidal ideation and suicidal behavior are present. 2. Severe depressive state (PHQ-9: 20 points or higher). 3. Severe physical complications are present. 4. Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant. 5. Manic episode, psychotic disorder, or dissociative identity disorder. 6. Cancer pain. 7. Chronic pain primarily characterized by headaches. 8. Reports of the most severe pain (NRS: 10 points). 9. Walking or performing tasks is significantly difficult. 10. Receiving psychotherapy focused on chronic pain under the guidance of a specialist.
