Interventions

Belt electrodes are applied to the abdomen and both thighs. Stimulation is performed in the supine position. Either interference infrasound or infrasound stimulation is performed for 15 min. Stimulati

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult men and women who understand the content of the study. (2) Persons who have given their free written consent to participate in the study after obtaining sufficient informed consent. (3) Persons who are in good health (no physical or mental illness or disability that would interfere with their daily life).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons attending hospital for orthopaedic, neurodegenerative or other diseases. 2) Persons with skin hypersensitivity. 3) Persons who are pregnant or may become pregnant 4) Persons who plan to run a full marathon or engage in other strenuous exercise during the research period. 5) Persons with tattoos or metal objects on the body 6) Persons who are judged to be unsuitable as research subjects by the principal investigator or research assistant.
