Interventions

The program is comprised of dialogue sessions and healing sessions. The program consists of four sessions, three hours each, held approximately once a month in groups of four or five people.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Public health nurses belonging to government agencies Subjects who have given their consent to participate in the research by signing a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have difficulty participating in the program due to mental health issues, etc.
