Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with refractory cancers for whom tissue samples and peripheral blood samples collected and frozen through surgeries or examinations conducted at Nagoya University Hospital will be available and can be submitted for genome analysis by March 31, 2025, following approval. Alternatively, patients with refractory cancers for whom existing tissue samples and peripheral blood samples that were collected and frozen through past surgeries or examinations conducted at Nagoya University Hospital are available, and survival can be confirmed, and contact can be made by March 31, 2025, and the samples can be submitted for genome analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases where it is difficult to obtain suitable tissue samples or peripheral blood samples for examination. Cases deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator or sub-investigators. Cases where consent for the study could not be obtained.
