Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 60 or more, capable of walking, and those who have provided written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals deemed inappropriate by the attending physician. Individuals with mobility impairments due to musculoskeletal disorders. Patients whom the attending physician has deemed unable to undergo exercise stress due to conditions such as heart failure. Those with an eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate) of 44 mL/min/1.73m2 or lower based on blood test results.
