Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age at the time of consent: 20 years old or older Gingival health (no periodontal pockets larger than 4 mm, no bleeding during probing)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers Persons taking medicines that may affect the study, such as antimicrobials Persons who have undergone or are currently undergoing dental treatment within 3 months of the date of consent
