Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ages of 65 years and older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) individuals who are prohibited from exercising by a medical doctor (2) patients with a diagnosis of dementia (3) the nursing care level of the long-term care insurance

MeasureTime frame
The cognition assessed by the MCI screen

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(i) incidence of MCI and dementia at 1-year follow ups (ii) changes of physical test (iii) body composition measurement (iv) proportion of people having habits of regular exercise (v) proportion of frailty and prefrailty
