Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients who changed the route of hydromorphone from injectable to oral

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the 24 hours before and after rerouting (2)Patients who were using opioids other than hydromorphone (3)Patients with difficulty in pain assessment
