Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chronic pain for more than 3 months 2) Patients who are 20 years of age or older 3) Patients who have given their written consent to participate in this study after obtaining sufficient informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindications to exercise (resting heart rate of 120 bpm or more, diastolic blood pressure of 120 or more, systolic blood pressure of 200 or more, those with exertional angina, those with fresh myocardial infarction within 1 month, those with findings of congestive heart failure, those with significant arrhythmia other than atrial fibrillation, those with palpitations or shortness of breath already before exercise) 2) Patient unable to maintain standing posture for more than 2 minutes without hand support 3) Pregnant or possibly pregnant patients 4) Patients who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator or research assistants
