Interventions

Exercise therapy is performed for 3 mmonths in the outpatient clinic once a week and at home in the remaining 6 days a week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 20 years 2. CKD patients 3. Patients who have undergone total hip arthoplasty 4. Patients who have obtained the consent for this study by signing the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CKD patients undergoing dialysis or kidney transplantation 2. Patients using immunosuppressants and RAS inhibitors that affect renal damage and renal RAS activity. 3. Patients whose exercise is prohibited due to heart or brain disease
