Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who visited Takane Dental Clinic between April 1, 2007, and five years after the date of ethical review approval, and who met the following inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent immediate implant placement following tooth extraction. Patients who were treated using third-class regenerative medicine. Patients with insufficient bone volume for implant placement who required the use of bone graft materials. Elderly patients aged 80 years or older. Patients who were provided with an explanation of the study protocol both orally and in writing, and who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study by providing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe systemic diseases, such as diabetes, deemed unsuitable for participation in this study. Patients who declined participation in the study after expressing their decision via the in-clinic notice.
