Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 years or older with Parkinson's disease who are receiving medical care at Keio University Hospital, who meet all of the inclusion criteria listed below and none of the exclusion criteria. Patients who meet the criteria for probable or definite Parkinson's disease according to the Movement Disorder Society (MDS) diagnostic criteria. Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining informed consent. Patients who are able to provide written informed consent for participation in this study. Patients without cognitive impairment, defined as a Mini-Mental State Examination score of 24 or higher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with evident cognitive impairment who have difficulty providing informed consent. Patients with an implanted deep brain stimulation device.
