During the five days of the experiment, participants will be required to perform a designated low-intensity exercise stretch at 3:00 PM each day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Construction site workers and staff

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Those who could not obtain the consent of the person in question. (ii) Those who do not have a sufficient understanding of Japanese and have difficulty understanding the contents of the consent form and questionnaire survey (iii) Others whom the principal investigator deems inappropriate as research subjects.
