Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Must be a student or a medical resident. Must be a medical resident with less than one month of hand surgery training in either plastic surgery or orthopedic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have completed one month or more of hand surgery training in plastic surgery or orthopedic surgery.
