Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elementary school students (3rd to 6th grade) or junior high school students 2. Individuals who can walk independently and have no doctor's instructions to restrict exercise 3. Individuals whose family members own a smartphone (tablet devices are also acceptable) 4. Individuals whose home environment allows them to watch YouTube (videos) for about 15 minutes a day (data charges and expenses are borne by the individual)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have been advised by a doctor to limit exercise
