Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons aged 16 to 39 years who belong to a baseball club 2) Persons who practice or play games on two or more days a week 3) Persons who freely provide informed consent prior to participation after the study is sufficiently explained to them
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons who have undergone surgery for a throwing-related injury and have not returned to their original level of competition 2) Persons who are currently unable to throw at full effort due to pain during throwing 3) Persons with less than one year of baseball experience 4) Persons who require pain management, including anti-inflammatory analgesics, when participating in competition 5) Other persons who are deemed inappropriate as participants by the principal investigator
