Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People Living with HIV over 40 years old and older attending the Department of Infectious Diseases, Yokohama Municipal Citizen's Hospital: 100 people HIV-uninfected persons aged 40 years and older attending dental clinics that are members of the Ka nagawa Dental Association: 100 people
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals living with HIV and those who are HIV-negative and over 40 years old who disagree wit h the study's purpose. 2) Patients with unstable health conditions, such as those undergoing treatment for malignant tumo rs or who are already frailty. 3) Any other individuals deemed inappropriate for the study by the principal investigator or co-invest igators.
