Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pitchers who are right-handed, overthrowing pitchers. 2) Pitchers who have thrown 60 or fewer pitches in practice and games on the day before participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ambidextrous, a person who is primarily a catcher, infielder, or outfielder and also a pitcher.
