Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study will be conducted on patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who are either outpatients or inpatients at the Department of Nephrology, Juntendo UniversityShizuoka Hospital (from the date of approval for the study to March 2026). (1) At the time of obtaining consent, the subject must be at least 20 years old (2) After receiving a sufficient explanation of the study, the subject must give written consent of their own free will, with a sufficient understanding of the study Among the subjects in (1) above, those who meet all of the selection criteria in (2) and do not fall under any of the exclusion criteria in (3) are eligible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Minors Those who fall under the absolute contraindications for exercise load tests and contraindications for EMS in the Kidney Rehabilitation Guidelines and who are judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as research subjects
