Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects were women who pregnant aged 20 years or older. Among them, those who chose to give birth naturally were classified as the "natural labor group," and those who chose epidual analgesia were classified as the "epidual anaigesia group."
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with endocrine disorders were excluded. In addition, women who induced labor and accelerated labor or cesarean section before blood sampling was completed twice during labor were excluded from the study.

| Samples are plasma oxytocin, and psychological measures Oxytocin measurement plan Measurements will be taken at six locations. Phase1 are blood samples taken at late pregnancy, Phase2.3 are twice during labor, Phase4 are first day after labor, Phase5 are 3 or 4 days after labor, and Phase6 are 1 month after labor. Phase2.3 are blood sample was taken when before starting epidual anaigesia and 60 minutes later after starting epidual anaigesia at "epidual anaigesia group. At "natural birth group" was taken when labor bigin with cervix is between 3 to 5 cm open, and 60 minutes later after Phase2. 7 to 14ml blood samples were collected and promptly centrifuged to separate the plasma components, which were then frozen at or below minus 80 degrees Celsius. On the day of collection. Blood analysis will be performed at a later date using an ELISA kit. Psychological measures "Parental readiness" and "Japanese Wijma Delivery Expectancy" will be measured at the late pregnancy. "EPDS Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale" and "Bonding mensure" will be measured 3 or 4 days and 1 month after labor. | — |
