Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Expectant and nursing mothers aged 20 years and over but under 40 years (first-time mothers under 35 years and postpartum mothers under 40 years) 2) Pregnant women 24-32 weeks pregnant or 1-2 months postpartum 3) Smartphone owners
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who fell into the category of social high-risk pregnant women (SLIM score of 10 or more) 2) Those with a history of mental illness (SLIM score of 1 or more in item number 3) 3) Abnormal pregnancy, multiple pregnancies, multiple births 4) Others with problems that interfere with the use of the mobile application

| The purpose of evaluating the acceptability of the content was to create a total of 40 items, each of the five subscales of 'uniqueness', 'novelty', 'attractiveness', 'comprehension' and 'intention to use', each consisting of eight items, for the purpose of evaluating the acceptability of the content.For each item, respondents were asked to answer using the five-point scale from '1. not at all applicable' to '5. very applicable', and the time required was approximately 3 minutes.2) Application usability A) For the purpose of evaluating the usability of the application, the following items were independently evaluated based on the requirements of the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS Z8350): 'usability', 'efficiency' (e.g. whether the application could be used correctly), 'error rate', 'ease of learning' and 'user satisfaction'.The items for rating the 'user satisfaction' were developed independently.It consists of a total of nine items (1 = not at all satisfactory to 5 = very problematic) to rate 'usability', 'efficiency' and 'error rate', and six items (1 = not at all satisfactory to 5 = very satisfactory) to rate 'ease of learning and satisfaction', for a total of 15 items, requiring approximately two minutes.B) Collect data on application and error logs to monitor application failures and system operation, and mobile application access logs to analyse usage. | — |
