Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adult male estimated by medical examination with BMI between 25 to 30. 2) Parson who can express his/her decision of entry to the study with signing on the document

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Parson who is receiving medical treatment having physical disability or internal disease. 2) Parson who cannot stop taking a lactic acid bacterium preparation such as Biofermin or fermented food with lactic acid bacterium such as kimuchee, yaklt, yogult, fermented soubeans, sweet alchoholic drink made from rice etc. before 1 week to during the study. 3) Parson who need treatment of antimicrobial agents such as macrorides, new quinolones and cephalospolins etc. before 1 week to during the study. 4) Parson who cannot stop taking a hydrogen related supplements such as hydrogen water and hydrogen generating preparations etc. before 1 week to during the study 5) Infants (Under 18 years old) 6) Parson who was judged as not qualified with a physical assessment by a doctor charge in the study
