Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Persons who meet all of the following selection criteria and none of the additional exclusion criteria will be considered eligible cases for enrollment. 1. Persons who are at least 20 years of age at the time consent is obtained. 2. Persons who have a diagnosis of normal typical development or developmental disability. 3. Persons who have an IQ of 80 or higher on the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-IV (WAIS-IV) and no obvious intellectual disability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons under 20 years of age. 2. Persons with developmental disabilities who have a definite exogenous (somatic) psychiatric disorder on brain imaging or other clinical tests, except for the control group of normal, typically developing persons. 3. Persons participating in clinical trials related to developmental disabilities 4. Persons suffering from any neurological disease, drug intoxication, loss of consciousness, head injury, pregnancy, lactation, or other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator. 5. Persons for whom MRI examination is impossible or contraindicated in principle (tattoos, medical devices not compatible with MRI). 6. Persons who are deemed incapable of performing the examination due to claustrophobia or other reasons. 7. Persons who are unable to undergo an MRI examination within an appropriate period of time. 8. Persons who are judged to be unable to undergo the MRI examination due to skin diseases on the head, etc. 9. Persons who cannot give informed consent or who expressly decline to participate in this study. 10. Persons who have difficulty differentiating autism spectrum disorder (ASD). 11. Persons with intellectual disabilities that affect language comprehension. 12. Persons with obvious organic abnormalities in the brain (cerebrovascular disease, brain tumor, etc.) 13. Persons with any of the following incompatibilities related to MRI examinations (e.g., claustrophobia, difficulty maintaining rest, having metal in the body, etc.) 14. Persons with a history of brain surgery. 15. Any other person who is deemed inappropriate as a subject by the principal investigator.
