Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 to 80 2. PS 0 or 1 3. Noramal organ fuction 4. Future remnant pancreas more than 3cm 5. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for laparoscopic surgery 2. Pancreas ductal adenocarcinoma 3. Decision of principal investigator
