Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with clinical stage 0-IIIA, primary lung cancer or suspected lung cancer undergoing lung resection 2) Patients aged 70 years or older 3) Patients who own a smart phone and can operate the app by themselves or a family member. 4) Patients who underwent probe thoracotomy as a result are not included. 5) Includes patients who were not diagnosed with a primary malignancy on final pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who refused to participate in the study 2) Patients who had an open study chest as a result of the study 3)Patients undergoing preoperative induction therapy
