Design outcomes

| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Changes in sleep misperseption caluculated by: [objective sleep time - subjective sleep time](minutes) [(objective sleep time - subjective sleep time)/objective sleep time] | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Changes in sleep misperseption of sleep onset latency and wake after sleep onset. Changes in various sleep variables based on EEG data, including total sleep time, sleep efficiency, percentage of NREM sleep, and percentage of REM sleep, and other metrics.
