Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Among cardiovascular surgery patients aged 65 years or older admitted to Nerima Hikarigaoka Hospital, patients who are scheduled for elective surgery (coronary artery bypass surgery, valve plasty/replacement surgery, aortic transplant surgery, etc.) and who have obtained informed consent are eligible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have difficulty walking before surgery. Patients who have developed cerebrovascular disease in the past. Patients who died during hospitalization. Patients who developed a disease that interferes with walking movement during hospitalization. Patients with cognitive impairment. Patients who are judged by the research director to be inappropriate as research subjects based on the guidelines.
