Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) No history of symptoms or surgery on the lower back or lower extremities 2) Not undergoing regular flexibility training 3) Able to avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours prior to the test session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Has a history of symptoms or surgery in the lower back or lower extremities 2) Undergoes regular flexibility training 3) Impossible to avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours prior to the test session
