Interventions

In this study, we will implement the following video-viewing intervention individually. No pharmaceuticals or medical devices were used. The content of the video is based on the textbook for training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A pharmacist who works at a pharmacy (dispensing pharmacy, drugstore). Pharmacists who work in a place other than a pharmacy (hospital, clinic, wholesaler, pharmaceutical company, etc.) and pharmacists who are not employed at the start of the study are excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are employed at a pharmacy but are on leave at the time of the start of the study
