Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Osteorthritis, osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Patients with bone mineral density greater than 70%(YAM). Patients without osteoporosis medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing revision hip arthroplasty Patients using cement stems Patients with contraindications to the use of the both stems Patients with osteoporosis
