Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Thow who are the caregivers of patients who are diagnosed with dementia or mild cognitive impairment and have a history of visiting our hospital 2) Those who can access e-mail and the Internet by themselves using a smart phone or computer, and who have a LINE account to which the research chatbot can be added.
