Inclusion criteria: Elderly heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with obvious cognitive decline and difficulty understanding instructions

Incidence of HAD HAD is defined as a decrease of 5 or more points in the Barthel Index (BI) before hospitalization compared to the value at discharge.
