Interventions

The intervention group eliminates bladder catheter insertion after transurethral lithotripsy(TUL). The control group will have a bladder catheter insertion as usual after TUL.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:18 to 75 years old. Patients who have ureter or kidney stone and be able to take lithotripsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age:under 18, or over 76 years old. Patients who can not be taken lithotripsy or general anesthesia. Patients who have disuria, dementia due to comobidities or low ADL.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine if there is a difference in the incidence of urinary tract infections between the intervention and control groups from the time of surgery to the end of treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine if there is a difference in the incidence of stone free rate, pain scale, admission period between the intervention and control groups from the time of surgery to the end of treatment.
