Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Estimation of cut-off values for FCS(fibrinogen clot stiffness) and PCS(platelet clot stiffness)measured by Quantra Qplus system to predict a blood fibrinogen concentration of less than 150mg/dl and a blood platelet count of less than 70000/mm3

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of blood fibrinogen levels with Quantra-Qplus system measurements of FCS. Correlation of blood platelet counts with Quantra-Qplus system measurements of PCS .
