AKA-Hakata induces sliding and geting apart of sacroiliac joint. A total of 5 interventions will be performed with a treatment interval of 2 weeks or longer.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive LBP patients who visited at Nozomi Orthopedic / Internal Medicine Clinic. They have written consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not have written consent to participate in this study. Stair climbing is less than corrected independence. Persons with ankylosing spondylitis, bone fractures, malignant spinal tumors, etc. Those who have low back pain due to an infectious disease or tumor. Those who have had spinal surgery in the past. Those who do not have a doctor's prescription for manual therapy.
