Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chronic wounds that have not healed for more than one month or burns with Body Surface Area 3 percent or more 2) Patients undergoing split thickness skin graft for skin defect 3) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of obtaining consent 4) Patients who have received sufficient explanation and understanding of the study, and have given their free written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients taking the following medications Steroids,azathioprine,cyclophosphamide,cyclosporine,tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil, mizoribine, methotrexate, leflunomide 2) Patients diagnosed with malignant rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, systemic lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis 3)Other patients who are judged by the research physician to be unsuitable as test subjects.

MeasureTime frame
Percentage of skin graft healing obtained at 14 days post-implantation that grew in the area where biofilm detection sheets were used for grafting.

Complications Biofilm Positive Rate Differences in skin graft healing rates in populations that were initially positive for biofilm and those that were initially negative
