Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female employees at the age of 20 to 65. 2) Have not been diagnosed with sleep disorders and are not receiving treatments for them
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Not able to attach the measurement devices by themselves 2) Not able to answer the questionnaires 3) Any participants whom the principal investigator finds inappropriate to include in the study
