Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 20 years or more 2) admitted in palliative care unit 3) diagnosed as cancer 4) Karnofsky Performance status 100-50 5) no delirium 6) written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) prognosis: within 24 hours 2) difficult to perform electro cardiogram
