Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ordinaly people who don't regularly peform high intesity exercise No history of lower limb trauma or disability within the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have had trauma or disability to the lower limbs within the past 6 months Those with a history of muscle strain of the right carf
