Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of consent 2) Patients undergoing hemodialysis on an outpatient basis 3) Patients whose hyperphosphatemia is being corrected by hyperphosphatemia medications (replacement of existing hyperphosphatemia medications) 4) Patients for whom written consent to participate in this study is obtained from the patient or a surrogate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing hybrid dialysis with peritoneal dialysis.
