Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men and women over 20 years of age who come to Reina Dental and need treatment for periodontal disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe periodontal disease (periodontal pockets >7 mm and tooth mobility >2 mm) requiring surgical treatment should be excluded.

| 1. The clinical symptoms in the oral cavity are divided into four levels: severe, moderate, mild, and none, with the degree of spontaneous pain, tenderness, redness, swelling, bleeding, drainage, and tooth movement being scored as 3, 2, 1, and 0 points for each level, and the total score is used to evaluate the condition before treatment. 2. Periodontal pocket depth is evaluated as follows: 0 to 2 mm: normal; 3 mm: gingivitis P1; 4-6 mm: moderate periodontitis P2; 7 mm or more: severe periodontitis P3. 3. Quantification of periodontal bacteria: After bacteria are collected from periodontal pockets, bacteria counts are quantified using an Orcore oral bacteria detection device. | — |
