Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease diganosed by clinical, radiological, endoscopical, and pathological findings. 2) Clinically required to start biological agents. 3) Obtained written concent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who stopped threatment due to adverse events or unexpected reactions. 2) Individuals who were started corticosteroid treatment within 16 weeks of biologics induction. 3) Individuals who were taking antibiotics at the time of stool sumpling.
