Interventions

For periosteal block of clavicle fractures, a needle is inserted parallel to the long axis of the clavicle, and the periosteal block is completed with only one administration of the drug.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing restorative fixation for clavicle fractures who agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 18 years old presenting with a bleeding tendency Difficulty in accurate neurological examination such as impaired consciousness and dementia Allergic to any of the drugs used American Society of Anesthesiologists - Physical Status 4 or higher Cases in which the attending physician and anesthesiologist deem it difficult to perform the procedure
